Ingredients
  

  • 1 package phyllo dough, thawed
  • 1 stick unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 medium ripe pears, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz brie, cubed
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Crumple individual phyllo sheets into loose ruffles and layer them in the dish.
  3. Drizzle melted butter evenly over the phyllo.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes until lightly crisp.
  5. Top with sliced pears and brie cubes.
  6. Whisk together milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon.
  7. Pour custard mixture over the warm phyllo.
  8. Bake 35–40 minutes until golden and set.
  9. Cool 15 minutes, then drizzle with honey or dust with powdered sugar before serving.
