Ingredients
  

  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 1/2 cup everything bagel seasoning
  • 1 large egg (optional, for egg wash)
  • 1 pinch flaky sea salt (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out puff pastry and brush lightly with egg wash if using.
  3. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning evenly over the pastry and press gently.
  4. Cut pastry into desired shapes and arrange on baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15–18 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
