Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups cooked pasta or rice
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom or tomato soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk or broth
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a baking dish.
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet until fully cooked, then drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in soup, milk, salt, and pepper until combined.
  4. Mix beef mixture with cooked pasta or rice and transfer to baking dish.
  5. Top with cheese and bake 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
