  • 1 box Ritz crackers
  • 1 cup roasted peanuts
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp flaky sea salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange Ritz crackers in a single layer and sprinkle peanuts evenly on top.
  3. Melt butter and brown sugar together, then stir in condensed milk until smooth.
  4. Pour caramel evenly over crackers and peanuts.
  5. Bake 10–12 minutes until bubbling, then sprinkle with salt and cool completely.
