Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds
  • 1 tbsp dried minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp dried minced onion
  • 1 tsp coarse salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until lightly coated with oil.
  3. Spread mixture on baking sheet and press gently into small clusters.
  4. Bake 8–10 minutes, stirring once, until golden and fragrant.
  5. Cool completely, then break into bits and store airtight.
