- Add chicken, vegetables, garlic, herbs, salt, pepper, and broth to the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
- Stir in rice, cover, and cook 1–2 more hours until rice is tender.
- Shred chicken directly in the pot.
