Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz halloumi cheese
  • 1–2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 whole lemon, cut into wedges

Method
 

  1. Slice halloumi into ½-inch thick slices and pat dry.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add halloumi slices in a single layer and cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
  4. Transfer to a plate and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
