Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups prepared creamy macaroni and cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a muffin tin.
  2. Mix macaroni and cheese with egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
  3. Scoop mixture into muffin cups and press gently to compact.
  4. Top with shredded cheese and bake 20–25 minutes until golden.
  5. Cool 5 minutes, then remove and serve warm.
