Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar (for rolling)
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon (for rolling)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment.
  2. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Mix in eggs and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt just until combined.
  5. Roll dough scoops in cinnamon sugar and place on baking sheets.
  6. Bake 12–15 minutes until bottoms are lightly golden. Cool briefly before serving.
