Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups finely chopped cooked ham
  • 1 medium apple, finely diced
  • 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Chop ham, apple, and celery into small, even pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Fold ham, apple, and celery into dressing until evenly coated.
  4. Cover and chill for at least 20 minutes before serving.
