Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups dill pickle chips, drained and patted dry
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cornmeal or breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1/3 cup oil for frying

Method
 

  1. Pat pickle chips completely dry with paper towels.
  2. Mix flour, cornmeal, and seasonings in a bowl. Beat eggs in a separate bowl.
  3. Dip pickle chips in egg, then dredge in flour mixture until coated.
  4. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat and fry pickles in batches until golden, turning once.
  5. Drain on paper towels and serve immediately.
