- Preheat oven to 400°F and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Whisk hoisin sauce, orange juice, zest, garlic, ginger, and olive oil in a bowl.
- Place pork chops in baking dish and pour glaze over them, turning to coat.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, spooning sauce over pork halfway through.
- Rest 5 minutes before serving with extra sauce spooned on top.
