- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Melt butter in a skillet. Sauté onion and celery until soft and fragrant.
- In a large bowl, combine crumbled cornbread, cooked vegetables, poultry seasoning, sage, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in beaten eggs and broth gradually until mixture is very moist.
- Spread mixture evenly in prepared dish.
- Bake uncovered for 40–45 minutes until golden on top and set in the center.
