  • 16 oz white American or Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
  • 4 oz diced green chiles, undrained
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Method
 

  1. Add cubed cheese, green chiles, and heavy cream to the slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on LOW for 1–2 hours, stirring occasionally until smooth.
  3. Switch to WARM and serve with tortilla chips.
