Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb raw Italian sausage
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 loaf cocktail rye or sliced baguette

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix raw sausage, cream cheese, and Parmesan until well combined.
  3. Spread mixture evenly on each slice of bread and place on baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 18–22 minutes until sausage is fully cooked and tops are golden.
