- Spread grainy mustard on one side of each bread slice.
- Butter the opposite sides of the bread evenly.
- Place one slice butter-side down in a skillet and add cheese.
- Top with second slice butter-side up and cook on medium-low heat.
- Flip when golden and cook until cheese is fully melted.
