Ingredients
  

  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.75 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 0.5 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet.
  2. Cut potatoes into sticks, dry well, and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread potatoes in a single layer and bake until tender and lightly browned.
  4. Flip fries and bake until golden and crisp.
  5. Add garlic, bake briefly, then toss with Parmesan and parsley before serving.
