Ingredients
  

  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 0.25 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.75 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Combine butter, milk, sugar, and cocoa powder in a saucepan.
  2. Bring mixture to a rolling boil and boil for one minute.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter, vanilla, and salt.
  4. Fold in oats until fully coated.
  5. Drop spoonfuls onto parchment and let cool until set.
