Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups pecan halves
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
  • 2 cups dark or milk chocolate chips
  • 0.5 tsp flaky sea salt (optional)

Method
 

  1. Arrange pecans in clusters on a parchment-lined baking sheet and toast lightly.
  2. Melt butter and brown sugar in a saucepan, then stir in condensed milk.
  3. Cook until thick and smooth, then spoon caramel over pecan clusters.
  4. Let caramel set, then spoon melted chocolate over each cluster.
  5. Sprinkle with sea salt and let candies set completely before serving.
