- Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Sear chicken in olive oil over medium-high heat until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Stir in cream, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Simmer until smooth and slightly thickened.
- Return chicken to skillet, spoon sauce over top, garnish with parsley, and serve.
