Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.75 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Method
 

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Sear chicken in olive oil over medium-high heat until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Stir in cream, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Simmer until smooth and slightly thickened.
  5. Return chicken to skillet, spoon sauce over top, garnish with parsley, and serve.
