  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 1.5 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar (optional glaze)
  • 1.5 tbsp milk (optional glaze)
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract (optional glaze)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a baking dish.
  2. Cut biscuits into quarters and toss with melted butter.
  3. Mix sugar and cinnamon, then coat biscuit pieces evenly.
  4. Bake until golden and puffed.
  5. Drizzle with vanilla glaze if desired and serve warm.
