  • 1 lb breakfast sausage
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes with green chiles, drained (10 oz)
  • 1.5 cups baking mix

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet.
  2. Mix sausage, cream cheese, cheddar, Rotel, and baking mix until combined.
  3. Scoop mixture into evenly sized balls and place on baking sheet.

  5. Cool slightly and serve warm.
