Ingredients
  

  • 2.5 cups rolled oats
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.5 cup peanut butter
  • 0.5 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 0.25 cup coconut oil or butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Mix oats, cocoa powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  2. Stir in peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, melted oil, and vanilla until combined.
  3. Press mixture firmly into a lined pan.
  4. Refrigerate until firm.
  5. Slice into bars and serve.
