- Whisk milk, sugar, and cornstarch in a saucepan over medium heat until thickened.

- Whisk warm pudding into softened mascarpone until smooth.
- Dip ladyfingers quickly into cooled coffee.
- Layer soaked ladyfingers and mascarpone pudding in cups.
- Repeat layers and finish with a dusting of cocoa.
- Chill at least 4 hours before serving.
