Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper and sear in olive oil until golden. Remove from pan.
  2. Add garlic to the same pan and cook until fragrant.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and simmer, scraping up browned bits.
  4. Stir in cream and Parmesan and simmer until sauce thickens.
  5. Return chicken to pan and cook until done. Spoon sauce over chicken and serve.
