  • 0.5 cup butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 20 oz crushed pineapple, well-drained
  • 8 oz whipped topping, thawed
  • 0.25 cup chopped pecans or coconut (optional)

Method
 

  1. Mix cookie crumbs with melted butter and press into a dish.
  2. Blend cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Fold in whipped topping and drained pineapple.
