Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 baking pan.
  2. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, eggs, and melted butter until smooth.
  3. Spread half the batter into the prepared pan.
  4. Beat cream cheese with brown sugar and spread over batter.
  5. Top with remaining batter, then sprinkle with cinnamon streusel.
  6. Bake for 45–50 minutes until golden and set.
