Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups apples, peeled and diced

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Stir in milk, egg, and vanilla until just combined.
  4. Fold in diced apples gently.
  5. Scoop batter onto baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden.
