Ingredients
  

  • 16 large white mushrooms
  • 8 oz lump crabmeat, drained
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet.
  2. Remove mushroom stems and arrange caps on baking sheet.
  3. Mix crabmeat, cream cheese, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fill each mushroom cap with crab mixture.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
