Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp white sesame seeds
  • 3 tbsp black sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp poppy seeds
  • 2 tbsp dried minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp dried minced onion
  • 1 tsp flaky sea salt

Method
 

  1. Heat a dry skillet over medium heat and add sesame and poppy seeds.
  2. Stir constantly until seeds are lightly toasted and fragrant.
  3. Add dried garlic and onion and toast briefly, stirring constantly.
  4. Remove from heat, stir in salt, and spread out to cool.
  5. Once cooled, break into clusters and serve or store.
