- Heat a dry skillet over medium heat and add sesame and poppy seeds.
- Stir constantly until seeds are lightly toasted and fragrant.
- Add dried garlic and onion and toast briefly, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat, stir in salt, and spread out to cool.
- Once cooled, break into clusters and serve or store.
