  • 0.75 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1.25 cups all-purpose flour

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Stir butter and sugar together until smooth.
  3. Mix in egg and vanilla until fully combined.
  4. Fold in flour just until a soft dough forms.
  5. Scoop dough onto baking sheet and bake 10–12 minutes until edges are set.
