Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 baking dish.
  2. Spread hash browns evenly in the baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle bacon and shredded cheese over the potatoes.
  4. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper, then pour evenly over the dish.
  5. Bake for 45–50 minutes until set and lightly golden.
