Ingredients
  

  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix melted butter, flour, and sugar until a soft dough forms.
  3. Press dough evenly into the pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  4. Pour sweetened condensed milk over the warm base and spread evenly.
  5. Bake an additional 15–18 minutes until lightly golden but still soft in the center.
  6. Cool completely before slicing into bars.
