Ingredients
  

  • 24 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2.5 cups salted peanuts or pecans
  • 1.5 tsp flaky sea salt

Method
 

  1. Add chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter to a slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 30–40 minutes until fully melted.
  3. Stir gently until smooth, then add vanilla extract.
  4. Fold in nuts until evenly coated.
  5. Spread mixture onto a parchment-lined pan, sprinkle with salt, and let set.
