Ingredients
  

  • 2 large yellow onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, whisk eggs and milk until smooth.
  2. Add flour and salt and stir just until combined.
  3. Fold in sliced onions until evenly coated.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of batter into hot oil, flatten slightly, and fry until golden on both sides. Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
