Ingredients
  

  • 3 lb chuck roast
  • 1 packet dry onion soup mix
  • 1 packet dry Italian dressing mix
  • 1 packet brown gravy mix
  • 1 cup water

Equipment

  • Slow Cooker
  • Serving spoon

Method
 

  1. Place chuck roast into the slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle onion soup mix, Italian dressing mix, and gravy mix over the roast.
  3. Pour water around the roast. Do not stir.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 5 hours.
  5. Shred or slice roast and serve with gravy.
