  • 1 box vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar for dusting

Method
 

  1. Bake puff pastry according to package directions until golden and puffed.
  2. Prepare vanilla pudding with milk and chill until thick.
  3. Cool puff pastry completely, then split into layers if needed.
  4. Spread or pipe pudding onto one pastry layer.
  5. Top with remaining pastry layer and dust with powdered sugar.
