- Preheat oven to 325°F and grease a Bundt pan well.
- Mix cake mix, eggs, melted butter, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour batter into pan and bake 55–60 minutes until set.
- Cook glaze ingredients until sugar dissolves.
- Poke holes in warm cake and pour glaze evenly over top.
- Cool, then drizzle with salted caramel before serving.
