Method
- Dissolve yeast in warm milk with a pinch of sugar until foamy.
- Mix in eggs, melted butter, sugar, salt, and flour to form a soft dough.
- Knead until smooth, cover, and let rise until doubled.
- Roll dough out, spread butter, sprinkle cinnamon sugar and walnuts.
- Roll up, slice, and place in baking dish. Let rise again.
- Bake at 350°F for 25–30 minutes until golden.
- Beat frosting ingredients and spread over warm rolls.
