  • 2 eggs

Method
 

  1. Squeeze excess moisture from grated potatoes and onion.
  2. Combine potatoes, onion, eggs, flour, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

  4. Drop spoonfuls of batter into the oil and flatten slightly.
  5. Fry until golden, flip, and cook the other side.
  6. Remove pancakes, drain, then return to skillet for a second fry to crisp.
