- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, vanilla, and milk.
- Mix flour, baking powder, and salt, then gently fold into the wet ingredients.
- Fold in blueberries carefully.
- Beat cream cheese with sugar until smooth.
- Layer half the batter, add cream cheese mixture, top with remaining batter, and swirl gently.
- Combine streusel ingredients and sprinkle over the top.
- Bake for 55–65 minutes until a toothpick comes out mostly clean. Cool before slicing.
