Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for swirl)
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour (for streusel)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons cold butter, cubed

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, vanilla, and milk.
  3. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt, then gently fold into the wet ingredients.
  4. Fold in blueberries carefully.
  5. Beat cream cheese with sugar until smooth.
  6. Layer half the batter, add cream cheese mixture, top with remaining batter, and swirl gently.
  7. Combine streusel ingredients and sprinkle over the top.
  8. Bake for 55–65 minutes until a toothpick comes out mostly clean. Cool before slicing.
