Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups cooked pasta or rice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika or Italian seasoning

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a baking dish.
  2. Brown ground beef with onion and garlic until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in soup, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, and seasoning.
  4. Mix beef mixture with cooked pasta or rice.
  5. Transfer to baking dish and top evenly with cheese.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden on top.
