Method
 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange Ritz crackers in a single layer.
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar and condensed milk.
  3. Cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and becomes smooth and glossy.
  4. Spoon caramel over each cracker, spreading gently.
  5. Sprinkle chopped peanuts over the warm caramel.
  6. Finish with a light sprinkle of flaky salt and let set until firm.
