Ingredients
  

  • 4–6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 box herbed stuffing mix (14–16 oz)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Arrange chicken breasts evenly in the baking dish and season lightly with salt and pepper if desired.
  3. Spread cream of chicken soup evenly over the chicken.
  4. Mix stuffing with chicken broth until just moistened.
  5. Spoon stuffing mixture over the chicken and spread gently.
  6. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Uncover and bake an additional 10–15 minutes until golden and chicken is cooked through.
