Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup uncooked white rice (short or medium grain)
  • 4 cups whole milk
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon or 1 cinnamon stick

Method
 

  1. Add uncooked rice, milk, sugar, and cinnamon to the slow cooker.
  2. Stir gently to combine all ingredients.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 2–3 hours, stirring once or twice if possible.
  4. Cook until rice is tender and pudding is creamy. Remove cinnamon stick if used.
  5. Serve warm or chilled. Add milk when reheating if needed.
