Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups prepared creamy macaroni and cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs or crushed crackers
  • salt and black pepper, to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a muffin tin or baking sheet.
  2. Mix macaroni and cheese with eggs, shredded cheese, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
  3. Scoop mixture into prepared pan, gently pressing to shape rounds.
  4. Bake for 20–25 minutes until tops are golden and edges are set.
  5. Cool for 5 minutes before removing and serving.
