- Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a muffin tin or baking sheet.
- Mix macaroni and cheese with eggs, shredded cheese, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
- Scoop mixture into prepared pan, gently pressing to shape rounds.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until tops are golden and edges are set.
- Cool for 5 minutes before removing and serving.
