Ingredients
  

  • 1 box Ritz crackers
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup finely chopped ham
  • 1–2 tablespoons mayonnaise (optional)

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese and chopped ham until smooth.
  2. Add mayonnaise if needed to loosen the mixture.
  3. Spread filling onto half of the Ritz crackers.
  4. Top with remaining crackers and press gently to form sandwiches.
