Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Whisk olive oil, Dijon mustard, garlic, herbs, lemon juice, and black pepper until combined.
  2. Coat steaks evenly with marinade.
