Ingredients
  

  • 4 pork chops (bone-in or boneless)
  • 1/3 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1/3 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Whisk hoisin sauce, orange juice, zest, garlic, ginger, oil, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Place pork chops in baking dish and coat evenly with glaze.
  4. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until pork is cooked through and glaze thickens.
  5. Rest 5 minutes, spoon sauce over pork, and serve.
