- Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup pasta water and drain.
- Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Add butter and garlic to the skillet and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in cream and broth or pasta water. Simmer gently until sauce thickens slightly.
- Add cooked pasta and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper and serve warm.
